Promake AI, an Istanbul-based startup, is building what it calls an AI-native business operating system for small and medium businesses — a single conversational interface that handles website creation, digital advertising, payments, and operations that typically require half a dozen separate SaaS tools.
The company has reached approximately 100,000 users across nearly 200 countries since its global launch in early 2026, with more than half publishing a live website through the platform. In June, Promake closed a $4 million seed round led by 212, with participation from Ak Portfoy GSYF, Arya VC, Gelecek Etki Fonu, JIMCO, and Maxis Ventures.
How it works
Promake starts with a chat interface. A business owner describes what they need — their industry, what they sell, who their customers are — and the platform generates a complete website in minutes. From there, users can publish directly, manage domain names and email, and launch advertising campaigns without leaving the platform.
The system uses a multi-model architecture, drawing on AI models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google for different tasks. But the core value, according to co-founder Sina Afra, is not the models themselves but the orchestration layer that sits above them — an agent framework that understands user intent, selects the right tools, and executes multi-step workflows.
Promake Ads
The most recent addition to the platform is Promake Ads, which lets business owners describe their advertising goals in natural language and receive a complete campaign — including copy, creative assets, and a preview — ready to publish. The tool analyzes the business and its website, asks clarifying questions, and generates a targeting strategy.
The vision is to eliminate the need for business owners to learn complex ad platforms. Instead of navigating Google Ads or Meta Business Suite interfaces, they describe their goals and budget, and Promake handles the execution.
The bigger picture
The global SMB market represents hundreds of millions of businesses, most of which lack dedicated marketing, IT, or technology teams. Promake's thesis is that AI can serve as the great equalizer — giving small operators access to capabilities that were previously reserved for enterprises with full-stack digital teams.
The company's roadmap includes expanding into CRM, customer relationship management, sales operations, payment processing, e-commerce, finance, and accounting — all within the same AI-native layer. The long-term goal is to answer the question which software should I use by having the AI handle tool selection and execution behind the scenes.
Revenue model
Promake operates on a SaaS subscription model, with website and e-commerce plans starting at $15/month. Promake Ads uses a commission-based pricing model tied to ad spend, with no fixed subscription fee.
The startup was founded in 2025 by a team including Emre Tekin, Evren Balli, Eren Nil, Dincer Karaduman, Alper Karaer, Elvan Suizen, and Sina Afra, and now employs approximately 30 people.
