Noise, a marketing platform that connects brands with everyday content creators, has raised a $5.5 million seed round led by Capital Midwest, M25, and Grishin Robotics. The total raise to date is $7.2 million, with additional participation from Capitalize VC and operators from DoorDash.
How It Works
Brands sign up for Noise, share content briefs and budgets, and the platform matches them with creators from its 1.5-million-person pool. Unlike traditional influencer marketing, Noise creators are everyday people — anyone can download the app regardless of follower count. Creators earn per view rather than flat fees.
The platform includes creator training modules. CEO Diego Kafie says the top creators earn six figures annually.
Organic-to-Ads Program
Noise also launched a new Organic-to-Ads program, allowing brands to take videos created by Noise creators and run them as paid ads on Meta and TikTok. Creators still post to their own platforms, but brands can now put paid ad spend behind those creatives.
Market Context
The startup taps into a large and growing market: 57% of young people and over 40% of U.S. adults want to participate in the creator economy.
