India Makes Automated AI Calls Declare to Telcos and Forces Spam-Data Sharing From Caller-ID Apps

India's TRAI now requires automated or AI-generated calls to be declared in advance, and it has ordered caller-ID apps to feed user spam reports into telecom operators' blockchain platform.
