Agent-Reach Tops GitHub Trending: One CLI to Give Agents Eyes on the Social Web
Agent-Reach, a command-line toolkit meant to give AI agents read-and-search access to the social web, added about 683 stars on GitHub in a day. It does not read platforms itself: it selects, installs and routes upstream tools with primary and fallback backends — zero-config for web, YouTube, RSS, GitHub, Bilibili, V2EX and Exa search, and login-gated for Twitter/X, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn and Xueqiu. MIT-licensed, no API fees, cookies stored locally, plus a candid warning to use burner accounts because platforms may ban cookie-based access.
